Michael L. Gaziano was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois. He graduated from Guilford High School and went on to pursue his passion for working with others as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with an MSW from the University of Illinois. Mike has over 33 years of clinical experience in both the private and public sectors.

His clinical expertise is centered on providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. He is trained in evidence-based therapies, including Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). He has worked with military, law enforcement, airline, railroad, and construction personnel. He has a strong background working with chemical dependency as well as process addictions. Mike has extensive experience addressing a broad spectrum of complex clinical issues, including crisis intervention, addiction, codependency, complicated pain recovery, depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and grief and loss.

In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and friends and is a passionate sports fan.
